One main feature of the policy updates effective 7/1/2026 is that conservation districts will receive one annual DGLVR allocation instead of two separate allocations of DGR and LVR funds. There are corresponding updates to the GIS financial tools and quarterly report requirements that will be effective and available for the Jul-Sep 2026 quarterly report. This webinar reviews the updates and provides guidance for district staff managing DGLVR funds. Please note that the DGLVR quarterly report due in July 2026 is for the March-June quarter, before these policy changes went into effect, and as such will remain unchanged in the existing format.
