As you have hopefully heard, the SCC and Center have been working with the DGLVR Advisory Workgroup over the past year to propose some significant policy changes to the DGLVR Program. The advisory workgroup completed discussion on the initial proposed changes in August, and a review was completed with PA Department of Agriculture legal staff. The comment period for CDs is now open, through the end of 2025.
