Conservation District Comment Period on Proposed DGLVR Policy Updates
As you have hopefully heard, the SCC and Center have been working with the DGLVR Advisory Workgroup over the past year to propose some significant policy changes to the DGLVR Program. The advisory workgroup completed discussion on the initial proposed changes in August, and a review was completed with PA Department of Agriculture legal staff. The comment period for CDs is now open, through the end of 2025. Please see below for details about the review process. Please don’t hesitate to contact the SCC to discuss any comments or issues directly as well.
- CD Comment Form (23 KB): Please submit comments to Justin Challenger. Please use excel form provided at this link for comments. This will allow us to paste comments into one excel sheet, sort by section and line number, and review all comments in order at once.
