The PA House Bill 1300 that passed in December prohibits the PA Game Commission (PGC) from receiving DGLVR funding. We have worked with the SCC to provide some policy clarifications due to the new provisions in this law. This change should not impact current contracts as there are no PGC contracts currently in the DGLVR GIS system. Unfortunately, the PGC is no longer an eligible recipient for DGLVR funds moving forward.
