2026 Annual Municipal Field Trip

September 29, Williamsport– Lycoming County

Get a DGLVR ESM Re-Certification with one day in the field instead of two days in the classroom!

As part of the 2026 Annual Maintenance Workshop, this municipal field trip will count as a recertification for municipal personnel with a current “DGLVR ESM Training” certification. This means that one day in the field will extend your DGLVR grant application eligibility another 5 years!

If you currently hold an ESM Certification with the Dirt, Gravel, and Low-Volume Road Program, you are eligible to join this 1-Day in the field recertification.
