Bradford County
Bradford County Conservation District (BCCD) administers the largest county-run Dirt, Gravel, & Low Volume Road program in Pennsylvania with a combined annual budget of nearly $1.5 million. To date, BCCD in coordination with local municipalities and other road owning entities, has installed environmentally sensitive best management practices on over 100 projects. BCCD strives to provide technical assistance and funding in a cost-effective manner to reduce sedimentation to Bradford County waterways while reducing frequent road maintenance requirements.
