Allegheny County

The Allegheny County Conservation District is an urban conservation district that engages and leads through partnerships, innovation, and implementation to conserve, promote, and improve Allegheny County’s natural resources. As newcomers to the DGLVR program, we are excited to provide 130 municipalities with a solution to road maintenance and sediment pollution. Stay tuned as we deal with the challenges of low-volume road projects within the largest city in the DGLVR program, as well as the rural roads that lie within 10 miles of downtown Pittsburgh.
