Blair County

The Blair County Conservation District is pleased to offer funding to Blair County municipalities, large and small, for projects related to the Environmentally Sensitive Maintenance of Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Roads. The purpose of this program is to fund safe, efficient and environmentally sound maintenance of dirt and gravel roads as well as low volume roads that have been identified as a source of pollution to our streams.
