Bucks County

The Bucks County Conservation District’s mission is to provide for the wise use, management and development of the counties’ natural resources. The Dirt & Gravel and Low Volume Road Program is an integral component to achieving this goal. BCCD administers and implements this program so that Bucks County may enjoy a better road system with a reduced environmental impact.
