Delaware County

The Low Volume Road Program in Delaware County encourages the improvement of both the road system and the environmental system while reducing maintenance costs for public entities. The program aligns with the Delaware County Conservation District’s mission which aims to “…ensure the wise use of Delaware County’s natural resources and to protect and restore the natural environment through the conservation of its soil, water, and related resources.” Interested municipalities are encouraged to contact the District to discuss potential low volume road improvement sites.
