Juniata County
The Dirt, Gravel, and Low Volume Roads Program in Juniata County is open to all Municipalities and other public road owning entities who have a member who has a current Environmentally Sensitive Maintenance Program Certification. The focus of the Program is to reduce environmental impacts to our streams in Juniata County through improving drainage, surfacing, and storm water management on our Dirt, Gravel, and Low Volume Roads.
