Northumberland County

The NCCD Quality Assurance Board (QAB) accepts and reviews applications as funds are available. The QAB makes recommendations to the NCCD Board of Directors who award grants for projects which will benefit the environment. Contracts will then be signed and work can begin. The NCCD monitors project progress to ensure program policies are followed.
