Stream Crossing Replacement Recertification Training

This training is for Conservation District staff who have already taken the full stream crossing training and need recertification by December 31st, 2025.

Course Information

This 1.5-day in person training will provide the 3-year recertification for the stream crossing training provided by the Program. The focus of the classroom and field sessions will be the project lifecycle of a stream crossing replacement from bankfull assessment through completion. This training will include an in-depth plan review and a field portion focusing on construction oversight. Below is the tentative schedule, which is subject to change. All location information will be provided prior to each training course.

Day 1

  • Classroom – 1pm ~ 5pm
  • Attendees bring their own lunch, etc.

Day 2

  • Start in Classroom 8:30am ~ 12pm
  • Lunch provided by Center
  • Field – 1pm ~ 4pm

Attendance to the full duration of the course is required to obtain DGLVR Stream Crossing Recertification. Attendees cannot mix-and-match or interchange sessions between trainings. Conservation districts are encouraged to register for a training as soon as possible to allow the CDGRS to better manage registration details.
