New DGLVR Documents – Approved 3/17/26 – Effective 7/1/26
At their 3/17 meeting, the State Conservation Commission approved all proposed DGLVR policy changes. This includes the Administrative Manual and additional forms such as contract, completion report, etc. The new policies and forms will be effective July 1, 2026. This delay in implementation will allow CDs to plan and adjust, and will allow SCC/CDGRS to make updates to the website, various forms, and most importantly the GIS system.
This page is temporary, and houses all the newly approved documents. The older (current through June) documents will continue to be available elsewhere on this website. At the end of June, the new documents on this webpage will replace the old ones throughout the website and this page will be removed.
